Soon after, Sunais joined hands with Thalhath — a longtime friend who was running his own construction business, GreenEr, known for its thoughtful, sustainable spaces. Thalhath’s structural expertise, problem-solving mindset, and calm resilience became the perfect complement to Sunais’s creative fire.
Their chemistry wasn’t just professional — it was rooted in shared values, mutual respect, and a deep love for meaningful work.
